We’re on the lookout for a driven Finance & Income Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role, driving operational excellence and helping shape the future of our income function.

What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the income and working capital function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Setting and tracking cash collection targets, driving performance improvements
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and university partners
- Leading on policy implementation, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing billing and/or accounts receivable teams
- Strong understanding of credit management, compliance, and working capital
- A confident leader who can influence, engage, and deliver results
- Experience in Higher Education is a bonus (but not essential)
