    You’ll play a key role in guiding prospective students through their journey, from enquiry to enrolment, helping them unlock life-changing opportunities 🎯


    What You’ll Be Doing

    As an Account Manageer, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where no two days are the same:

    Build and manage a strong pipeline of applicants, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
    Engage with students, agents and partners via multiple channels
    Support the Sales Team Leader to exceed recruitment targets
    Guide applicants through the full lifecycle—from enquiry to enrolment
    Advise students on meeting application requirements (docs, interviews, English tests, etc.)
    Deliver exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders
    Maintain accurate data and reporting in internal systems
    Attend recruitment events and meet students on campus when needed

    You’ll be the friendly expert who keeps students motivated, informed, and confident throughout their journey.


    What We’re Looking For

    Experience

    • Proven success in a sales or target-driven environment
    • Experience in higher education recruitment is a plus

    Skills & Attributes

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Strong customer service mindset
    • Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
    • Confident, proactive and solutions-focused
    • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

    Knowledge & Qualifications

    • Understanding of the UK higher education landscape is desirable

    What Success Looks Like

    • Achieving (or exceeding!) student enrolment targets
    • Delivering a seamless and supportive applicant experience
    • Building strong relationships with students, agents, and internal teams
    • Maintaining high-quality, accurate pipeline data
